"There were some issues with the order, I think one of the pocket watches was out of stock but it was not reflected on the website. When I tried corresponding via email to swap one of the watches, I think most of my emails unfortunately went into junk mail, so you did not receive them, and I only managed to get in touch when I got a text message over the phone about 2 weeks later. But I understand it was over the long weekend so no worries! And finally, one of the watches came with a cracked screen, but the other was perfect.nnHowever, the shopping and delivery process was relatively easy, and if the communication issues were fixed, its definitely 10/10. I also do not mind the cracked screen that much personally, but another customer might, so perhaps some more protective packaging would be a good idea. Overall, loved the process, I'll definitely be purchasing more, and I hope things go better and quicker next time! :)"
